Born on the 31st of August 1967 in Petrovsk-Zabaikalsky, Chita region, USSR.
1984-1991 – student in mecanics in the Kuybischev State Moscow Civil Engeneering University, graduated in 1991 as civil engeneer.
2005 – PhD in economy at Russian State Humanitarian University, Moscow
In 1995 founded his own company «Stroyteks», the main activity of which is the dwelling construction in Moscow area.
From 1999 till the present day Vladimir Semenikhin is the Chairman of Board of Directors of «Stroyteks» Group of Companies which encounts now more than 30 companies. The “Stroyteks” Group of Companies is an up-to-date corporation of financial and building-construction divisions undertaking a wide range of building activities in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The priority direction of the enterprise is the financial-building activity focusing on elite and medium-price housing as well as administrative complex construction.

From 2002 till the present day Vladimir Semenikhin is the President of the cultural foundation «Ekaterina». The cultural foundation «Ekaterina» was created by Mr Vladimir Semenikhin and his wife Ekaterina in order to promote and support russian art. The Semenikhin’s private collection constitute the basis of the exhibition activity of the foundation. Upon the initiative and with an active support of the foundation «Ekaterina» many international exhibitions were organised in Russia and abroad. One of the important activity of the foundation is publishing art books.

Since Juin 2011 Mr. Vladimir Semenikhin is the Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan in Monaco.
Since Juin 2015 Mr. Vladimir Semenikhin is the Honorary Consul General of Kazakhstan in Monaco.
