I welcome the creation of the Monaco Whisky & Spirits Club with the role to substitute Monte – Carlo Whisky Society in its mission to promote Whisky, as the irrevocable part of Scottish National Heritage, as well as to extend this concept to the other international spirits, their terroirs and cultural roots.
